Yasmin Arrives in Street Fighter 6: New Character, Onimusha Collab, and Balance Patch Explained

Who Is Yasmin?

New Outfit and Theme Song

A second outfit is available for purchase the same day Yasmin releases — her old school uniform, complete with a karambit recolored in her signature pink. Onimusha Collaboration Begins August 7

A limited-time crossover with Capcom’s own sword-action series, Onimusha, kicks off August 7 and runs through August 31 under the banner “Oni no Michi x Ken no Michi.” Anyone who logs in during that window receives an Oni EX Color, plus matching intrusion visuals, a title, and avatar gear. The Battle Hub itself gets a themed makeover for the duration, and a side event called the “Genma Election” lets players collect extra votes in exchange for stamps, photo frames, and other cosmetic rewards.

Avatar Arcade Gets New Content

Two new courses, “My Youth Battle” and “New Generation,” have been added to the Battle Tour inside Avatar Arcade. New story-ending demos are also unlockable through the “Meet Someone Stronger Than Me” and “The New Strongest” storylines. On the training side, a Frame Meter on/off toggle has been added to the Avatar Random Match menu, giving players a cleaner way to study spacing while building out original combos.

New Competitive Season and Balance Adjustments

A new ACT season is underway, and Master ACT rewards now come in a new color for players climbing the ranked ladder.
